No, food is not served during the performance. The show is entirely dedicated to the art of Fado.
While we don’t sell food at our venue, you can purchase additional port wine or water if desired.
A concert with two different groups of musicians – a group of excellent traditional Fado artists and a group of students who cultivate and preserve Coimbra Fado.
At the entrance, we offer a complimentary glass of port wine or a bottle of water.
As an authentic Fado show is meant to be enjoyed in silence, we open our doors to anyone 12 years or older.
If you’re walking from Ribeira, it’s 700 meters away.
If you’re coming by public transport, there are buses 403, 500 and 900. You should get off at the Miragaia stop and walk 200 meters.
